“My name is Kruti Patel and I am a senior at NC State majoring in Nutrition Science with minors in Business Administration and Art+Design. I joined the Oaks Leadership Scholars Program to become more educated and involved in important social issues within the life sciences– specifically, within the fields of nutrition and sustainability. After graduation, I hope to attend dental school!”
